miscommunication MY ASS

the PCA who is supposed to be here every saturday and sunday did NOT show up tonight at 4 pm like she was supposed to. so.. i looked on my caller id and figured out her cell phone number, then i asked her as soon as she answered the phone, "are you coming?" then she said, "no.." and i said, "well, i thought you were SUPPOSED to work every saturday and sunday.. that's what that other girl (i couldn't think of her name and even if i could, i probably wouldn't have pronounced it right) told me." then she said, "well no one told me that i was supposed to work." then i said, "alright.. bye." then i called the supervisor and told her, then she just called me back and said that there was a bit of miscommunication because hannah (the PCA who is supposed to be here on saturdays and sundays) THOUGHT that she was only "filling in" for the other PCA the other weeks that she did work.. now, i'm pretty sure that hannah has worked two weeks in a row. i don't know if they're treating me like a dumb ass and trying to just tell me some shit to cover up for her not wanting to work (which they probably are because now that i think about it, it feels like this shit has happened before.. either that or i have bad deja vu). you know what? i do remember this shit happening before because i remember thinking that i didn't like that the PCA's told the supervisors stupid shit like they "thought they were just filling in for another PCA" before and "that's the reason why they didn't think they needed to work".. right. yeah.. i bet. i remember how ridiculous i thought it was that the supervisor >ACTUALLY believed that shit. whatever.. i'm not running that shitty company and i will be writing down the CORRECT fucking hours in my notebook that their PCA "worked" so that i'm not getting in trouble for this shit.
